Article 5.2 — How Do I Request A Refund?
To request a refund please submit a support ticket at helpdesk.delwavesventures.com with the following information:
- Your full name
- Order reference number
- Reason for refund request
- Photos (if parts are incorrect or damaged)
Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days and respond with our decision and next steps.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
